If you are new to the neighborhood of Union, New Jersey or attend Mass regularly in our church but have never registered, we encourage you to become a registered parishioner of St. Michael the Archangel Parish Community. Being a formally registered member of a parish is important for receiving the Sacraments, or having your child baptized in the church, and for receiving Catholic Funeral rites. When you register, your Sacramental records are maintained, which also makes it easier for you to serve as a godparent or sponsor in the future. It also gives you the opportunity to serve in the different ministries of the Church that God may be calling you into.
Ready to take this important step to belonging to St. Michael’s Church? Then any of these three ways will do it:
Use our online form. Complete the boxes below to sign up for our email list and select yes to receive parish registration information and submit. A full mailing address (not e-mail) is required. We will send you information and contact you about the next step in the registration process.
Download our Parish Registration form. Save it to your computer and use it as a fillable PDF form that you can then return as an email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill it out manually, and return a hard copy to St. Michael’s Church, 1212 Kelly Street, Union, N.J. 07083.
Come to our rectory and make an application in-person. Office Hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 4:00pm.
No matter which method you use, once your request is received, a New Parishioner Welcome Packet will be sent to you that will encourage your participation in the life of the Parish.
