Social Events Committee
The Parish Social Events Committee provides opportunities for the parish family to come together and experience the Christian community through fun social events. Our parish family includes multiple generations, married, singles, parents and their children, teens, grandparents and empty nesters. The goal is to provide a variety of social events that will appeal to the entire family community and bring them together with good food, fun and camaraderie.
Committees under the Social Events Committee are:
- Multi-Cultural Committee
- Family Activities Committee
- Dinner-Dance Committee
The Maintenance Committee is an advisory committee to the pastor that oversees the maintenance and repair of all parish properties. The Committee conducts monthly and seasonal inspections to ensure that all church properties are properly maintained and advises the pastor on any major problems that are identified. From time to time the committee may need professional advice and would welcome participation by parishioners with expertise in construction, plumbing, electrical, etc.
The Stewardship council works with the Pastor in promoting stewardship as a way of life in our parish. The council encourages and organizes the giving back of time, talent, and treasure for the life of the parish.
The Liturgy Committee (consists of representatives from the Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Decorating, Altar Servers, Music Ministry, and Ushers). This committee meets with the clergy to plan Parish Liturgical celebrations.
